Employees do not know how to ask for what they want. Companies do not know how to listen to their employees as humans. Neither side knows how to effectively communicate.
Employment is fundamentally a deal that should be mutually beneficial for both sides. Rather than being win-win, the reality is more often lose-lose. Talent feels undervalued, unheard, unappreciated. Companies feel there’s no loyalty, motivation, or integrity to work.
Trust is at an all-time low.
Our solution is a coach that empowers talent how to negotiate win-win employment deals. Expectations are aligned. Long term alliances are built. Resilient relationships are created through overcoming conflict, not avoiding it.
